She’s not doing a concert in Beijing. Mainland media reported that this was because of concerns about sandstorms but Celine’s website apparently says it’s because they couldn’t hire an indoor venue. In any case, Shanghai will still get to hear her in person while Beijing will have to make do with these promotional cards. What is she doing in that first little photo?
